AST publishes 2011 annual survey of members views

The AST has today published its 2011 annual survey of members views on key issues at Arsenal.

The survey was completed by 382 members of the AST which includes shareholders, Arsenal Fanshare members, season ticket holders, red members, and overseas supporters.

The survey covers key subject areas including views on; the new ownership structure under majority owner Stan kroenke, the football performance of the club and Arsene Wenger; ticket prices for the Emirates; and future expectations and the sense of belonging supporters have for the club.

The survey is the major independent review of Arsenal fans undertaken and Arsenal chief executive Ivan Gazidis has welcomed the survey and intends to circulate it for review within Arsenal and to the club’s Board members.

The AST uses the feedback from the survey to assist us develop our policies and also to ensure that all opinions from our members are aired. The survey covers the statisticial response to the qquestions posed and all additional written feedback. It represents an authoritative portrait of the views of Arsenal supporters in summer 2011.

The AST will meet with Arsenal later in the month to discuss the survey’s results.
