The Arsenal Supporters Trust (AST) was saddened to hear the news of Danny Fiszmans death today.

Danny Fiszmans contribution to Arsenal may have been largely behind the scenes, but his impact is as transformational to the clubs fortunes as the move from Woolwich to Highbury.  His legacy to Arsenal is quite simply that without him there would be no Emirates stadium and Arsenal would not have the opportunity to compete with Europes top clubs.
